Leghorn

When you picture a rooster in your head, bet is looks pretty close to this leghorn fellow printed here. Originally from Italy, this prolific egg layer has been a staple on the North American farm for over a hundred years. 

This was my first successful silk screen print, and the most popular design so far. It is simple, but the dynamic movement of the rooster in mid-run really makes this an attractive image. 

All items in this collection are made with water-based, eco friendly ink on responsibly sourced poly/cotton blend shirts for a soft and comfy fit. Each shirt is made-to-order, which means that once you order the colour and chicken you want, we process the order. This helps reduce waste and ensure that we aren't drowning in inventory. These items are made in my home studio by hand for your enjoyment.
